Our goal is to serve our clients with expert craftsmanship, project management, and customer satisfaction. We are located in Washougal, WA and provide services in the Portland Metropolitan area. Joe Staub
Founder
Joe has been a teacher, pastor and construction manager throughout his life, having gained experience from home framing to superintendent management of multimillion dollar buildings. Joe founded Staub Construction Services in 2011, starting with dental facilities work and wood flooring. His passion has always been to provide customer satisfaction through excellence in communication and performance.
Pam Staub
Accounting/Office Manager
Pam Staub has been with the company from the beginning and is the business partner with Joe Staub. Pam handles all the office management work along with financial duties. Her dedication and attention to detail are enormously helpful to the success of Staub Construction Services.
Joseph Benjamin Staub
Superintendent
Joseph has been in construction for 15 years. He handles all of our technical site work with hands on craftsmanship, scheduling and site subcontractor management. Joseph is a “get it done” kind of guy and is essential to our goals of customer satisfaction.

Kevin has been an valuable contributor to the success of Staub Construction Services with many years of commercial estimating and management work. Rick has been a commercial and residential cabinet/wood worker for nearly 50 years. Over his career he has become thought of as a master craftsman due to his creative ability to build just about anything with wood and metal. He is not just a wood worker, but an artist.
Ryan Johnson
Wood Floor Technician
Ryan has spent the past 15 years installing, sanding, and finishing wood flooring. He is trained by the National Wood Flooring Association, the industry’s leading authority on installation and finishing standards. His expertise spans every aspect of wood flooring, including helping homeowners choose the right species, style, and finish to match their vision.
Ryan oversees all of our flooring projects and works under the direction of Jesse Staub, our flooring estimator and Project Manager for wood flooring.

Operations Manager/Field expert
Few things light Jesse up quite like the details of different wood grains, the smoothness of floors, and the satisfaction of his customers. Jesse took on the hardwood flooring portion of his father’s business, Staub Construction Services, after years of learning the trade he’s molded a passion for excellence in the details.
